4. How to pay?
Small order or sample order (Below USD2000), we accept the T/T, Western Union, MeneyGram, Alipay and need to be paid in advance.
If big order (exceed USD2000), we need to pay 40% deposit and the balance need to be paid before shipment.
5.How you guarantee your products’ quality? What’s warranty policy?
We all the raw material are come from original factory and all A grade quality.
We welcome customer & three-part inspection during production or finished products before shipment.
Generally, the warranty is one year.
Longer requirement needs to be negotiated with our sale manager.
6.What’s the MOQ for customized product?
Capacitive or resistive touch screen/panel or cover, no MOQ limited.
If LCM (LCD + Touch Screen), we accept 300 to 500pcs/design.
7. What’s your policy for the defective & damaged products?
We will retrieve some of the problem products to analyse the problem.
If it is our design, components or raw material problem, we will provide the perfect products and shipping free.
